New OC design with weird hair

Finally, I actually managed to finish some drawings properly! *cheers to myself*

Here's a new character I'm trying to develop. Not much have been decided yet, but so far she'll be an aspiring journalist who somehow loves collecting umbrellas of different colors and patterns. Um, yeah, I already said not much for now.

She doesn't even have a name yet because I suck at making names and making OCs in general, but let me know what you think
